Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for any products once they have been shipped or picked up.
  • We do not offer exchanges unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@orglifepharmacy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Cancellations
