Returns

  • Eligibility: Only unopened items in their original packaging and in the same condition as received are eligible for return. Opened items cannot be returned.
  • Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened products
    • Prescription medications
    • Perishable goods
    • Health and personal care items

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: To begin the return process, email us at info@orglifepharmacy.com with your order details.

  2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please send returns to:

  3. Inspection and Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected due to being opened or not in its original condition, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
